VINYASA YOGA

Kyle is classically trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series. He focuses deeply on the synchronization of deep, rhythmic breathing and movement.


Expect your session to be energetic and dynamic, combining flexibility and strength while preserving a sense of inward focus and dedication. There will be a strong emphasis on finding proper alignment before shifting deeper into a pose.


By the end of each session, the goal is to have a better feeling and a stronger connection between the mind, body, and soul.

MEDITATION

Kyle is trained in Vipassana, or insight meditation, which is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.


The goal of vipassana is to give us insight into the true nature of our

experiences. Our happiness doesn’t rely on ever-changing external circumstances.


By looking inwards we can discover that fulfillment and joy are our true nature. And insight meditation is the method we use to look inwards.

WELLNESS MEALS

Kyle is a Licensed Clinical Nutrition Specialist (LCNS) focusing on a healthy lifestyle that preaches balance, rather than any specific diet.


His culinary expertise mainly rests in a plant-based regimen, but at the same time, understands that everyone is on their own journey, including their own dietary behaviors.


Therefore, he has a flexible approach to his scope of practice, allowing people to meet themselves where there at and design something that is not

only appropriate, but achievable as well.
